Scout is the EntryLog scanner app. Your team opens a link, the event is already bound to the device, and they're one tap from scanning. No app store, no install, no training session.

Bound to the event by an access code
One QR is enough — every staff phone joins the same event with a single scan.

FAQ

The questions actually asked at the door.

  • What if the venue Wi-Fi dies right at peak time?

    EntryLog needs internet to scan — but any internet will do. Venue Wi-Fi, mobile data, a personal hotspot from someone's phone. Because there's nothing to install, any phone with a signal becomes a working scanner in seconds — most teams keep one phone on mobile data as a fallback for exactly this case.

  • Do my staff need to install anything?

    No. They open a link in any phone browser and start scanning. Add as many phones as you want — there's no per-device fee. Most teams are scanning within a minute of getting the link.

  • I run a weekly event. How does the per-event price work for that?

    You activate (and pay for) each event when you're ready to run it. Drafts stay free forever, so you can clone last week's setup, change the date, and only pay when you flip "Activate". For high-frequency organisers we'll quote a custom rate — drop us an email.

  • Where does our guest data live?

    On servers in the Czech Republic, with backups in Cloudflare R2's EU region. Your guest list never leaves the European Union. Full details and our processing register live in the Privacy Policy.

  • Do guests have to install an app to use their ticket?

    No. Each guest gets a private link. They open it in their phone browser, see the QR, and tap "Add to home screen" if they want it next to their other apps. No app store, no account, no password.

  • Can I export everything if I want to leave?

    Yes. Attendee lists and event statistics export as CSV or PDF in one click. There's no lock-in clause and no proprietary format — your data is yours.
